About Dr. Earl E Martin
Dr. Martin completed his medical school at University of North Texas Health Science Center in Ft Worth Texas in 2000. He proceeded to complete a residency in Austin at the Austin Medical Education Program at Brackenridge hospital (now UTMB).
He joined his father in practice where they practiced together until his father retired on Aug 1st 2025. They enjoyed working together very much.
Dr. Martin (Dr B) also does FAA Meidcal exams and is a senior AME (can perform Class 1, 2, and 3 physicals) years with over 20 years of AME experience.
Additionally, Dr B also performs ATC exams, is board certified in Sleep Medicine and is a HIMS AME. He is also a Christian, a pilot, a musician and exercise enthusiast.
Kaylee Czarnecki is a certified Physician Assistant (PA) who recently joined our team at Martin Diagnostics. Originally from San Antonio, she earned her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University before completing her PA schooling at the UNT Health Science Center in Fort Worth. There, she developed a strong foundation in primary care and patient-centered medicine.
Kaylee is passionate about building long-term relationships with patients and supporting their health through every stage of life, especially in the geriatric years. With a focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and patient education, she is excited to serve individuals and families in the community. Outside of the clinic, Kaylee enjoys traveling, spending time with family, supporting Aggie athletics, and soaking up the sun through walks and pickle ball. She’s excited to call Houston home and explore everything the city has to offer.
