About Us
Our clinic began in Tomball in 1976 when Dr. Earl F Martin (then USAF Major Martin) completed his tour in the Air Force and moved to Tomball.
He was in solo practice until 2003 when his son Dr. Earl E Martin (Dr. Butch) joined him. Since then our family has been taking care of families of all ages.
Our services include General Family Medicine, Sleep Medicine, in office procedures, and FAA exams (class I, II, III and basic med), FAA HIMS, and Laser Aesthetics treatments.

For Class I, II and III exams please fill out the Medxpress form online prior to your visit. Starting Sept 2021 our Conroe locaton will be open Tuesday and Thursday afternoons 1-5pm.
Basic Med applicants can print your form and bring it to your visit. for more information about basic med and if you qualify, click here
Lab Services
Unfortuantely lab services will not longer be available as QUEST has left our building. Lab is available 1 block away from our clinic. It is possible that lab services will be available again in the future at our site.
Laser Aesthetics
Using the dual wavelength AdvaTX laser we are able to treat a wide variety of conditions both medical and aesthetics.
Examples include: Acne, wrinkles, scars, eczema, psoriasis, nail fungus, rosacea, telangiectasias and more.
Insurance Policy
Nearly all major insurance plans accepted
We accept almost all commercial insurance plans and medicare. Some medicare advantage plans accepted. We do not accept medicaid as a primary payer. For information about your specific plan acceptance, please call and speak with a staff member.
